System Analysis and Design

ITFN 3112


This course provides an in-depth study of established and
evolving methods of information system design and
implementation. As a project based class, it demonstrates
by example and experience the process of building systems
from needs analysis and definition through specifications
and implementation. Traditional life cycle methodologies
are contrasted with object oriented analysis and
prototyping.
Pre-Requisites:
COMM 1110 with a minimum US grade of C
AndENGL 1102 with a minimum US grade of C
AndCSCI 1301 with a minimum US grade of C Or
ITFN 1303 with a minimum US grade of C Or
WBIT 1310 with a minimum US grade of C
