This course will focus on the legal implications of
conducting business in the information technology
age. Topics will include current understanding of
Internet contracts, copyright, trademark and patent law.
Further, this course will examine cutting-edge cases
relating to security, e-commerce, and emerging ethical
issues and trends.
Pre-Requisites:
WBIT 3600 with a minimum US grade of C
OrITFN 3134 with a minimum US grade of C
