Human Resources for SupervisorSUPR 1104This is an applied course which acquaints the student with the authority, responsibility, functions, and problems of the personnel administrator. Topics include the relationship between the personnel administrator and the line manager, analysis and development of job descriptions; interview of prospective employees; diagnosis of organizational health from the personnel perspective; and guidelines which dictate personnel actions.
