Interpersonal Employee Rel.SUPR 1101This is an applied course which provides a general knowledge of the human relations aspects of the workplace environment. Topics include establishing effective employee relations, human values and attitudes, organizational communications, conflict resolution, approaches to employee counseling and disciplinary techniques, common causes of disciplinary problems, and shaping positive behavior.
