Bankruptcy/Debtor-Creditor Rel

PARA 2221


This course teaches students to learn about the
documents filed in bankruptcy court by attorneys
representing debtors and creditors in Chapter 7, 11 and 13
cases. In addition, the course will discuss collection
remedies on judgments obtained in civil court by secured
and unsecured creditors.
Pre-Requisites:
PARA 1101 with a minimum US grade of C
AndPARA 2203 with a minimum US grade of D
AndPARA 2205 with a minimum US grade of D
AndPARA 2209 with a minimum US grade of D
