PARA 2213

This course focuses on the buyer-seller relationship, title
surance, document preparation and filing procedures.
Students prepare a closing statement and draft other
documents needed to prepare for a real estate closing.
Pre-Requisites:


	PARA 1101 with a minimum US grade of C
