Business OrganizationPARA 2209This course teaches the law of business entites, including sole proprietorships partnerships, corporations and limited liability companies. Student draft incorporation documents and use the internet to incorporate a business. Students also obtain a thorough understanding of contract law, including the elements of a contract, defenses and remedies. Emphasis is placed on practical considerations, especially drafting and interpreting contracts. Pre-Requisites:
