Criminal Litigation

PARA 2207

This course focuses on the criminal justice system
and related statutes and constitutional issues. Students
learn procedural rules and become familiar with and
draft pleading filed in criminal court by prosecutors and
defense attorneys.

	PARA 1101 with a minimum US grade of C
