Legal Research and Writing

PARA 2205


This course focuses on federal and state legal research
utilizing law library books, on-line data bases,
the Internet and CD-ROMS. Students will learn citation
skills and draft memoranda based on case law and statues.
This course will require extensive out-of-class library time
and other secondary research devices. In addition, the
student will learn citation skills and draft memoranda
based on case law and statutes. This course will require
extensive out-of-class library time.
Pre-Requisites:
PARA 1101 with a minimum US grade of C
