Interactive Communication

NURS 3110


This course focuses on ways to improve interpersonal
skills in personal and professional settings. Students
learn a specific set of communication techniques,
identify their strengths and weaknesses, and strive to
improve their interpersonal effectiveness. Content
includes relationship development, assertiveness,
giving and taking criticism, group dynamics, crisis
intervention, conflict resolution and problem solving.
