Trigonometry

MATH 1112


An introduction to elementary trigonometry. Topics include
angle measurement, solving triangles, fundamental identities
solving trigonometric equations, and an introduction to
trigonometric functions of real numbers including their
graphs. This course is designed to prepare students for
MATH 1113 if they do not have an adequate background in
trigonometry from high school or other preparation.
Pre-Requisites:
MATH 1101 with a minimum US grade of D (can be taken concurrently)
OrMATH 1111 with a minimum US grade of D (can be taken concurrently)
OrMATH 115 with a minimum UG grade of D
OrMATH 1241 with a minimum US grade of D
OrMATH 122 with a minimum UG grade of D
