Intermediate Algebra

MATH 0099


This is a second course in basic algebra including the
following topics: review of linear equations in one and two
variables and polynomial operations, linear inequalities in
one variable, algebraic solutions of linear systems,
rational expressions and equations, roots and radicals,
factoring, quaddratic equations, graphicing linear and non-
linear equations, and functions. This course emphasizes
conceptual understanding and problem solving as well as
computational skills.
Pre-Requisites:
GPMA 0097 with a minimum US grade of C%
OrMATH 0097 with a minimum US grade of C%
Or CPTE 055
Or COMM 30
