Lower Div. Capstone - I.T.

ITFN 2012


A capstone course to focus and apply information
technology skills. Students may apply for internships
with local businesses or may conduct a special project
in information technology supervised by information
technology professionals or faculty. Hours may vary,
but generally range between 15-30 hours per week,
for a minimum of 150 hours per semester. Employers
and/or IT professionals coordinate with the University
to evaluate student performance. Students must
articulate clear goals and objectives and document
their progress. Application must be made to the
IT Department for approval. Application may also
be required to the Office of Experiential Learning.
Applications are due four weeks before start of
semester.
Pre-Requisites:
ITFN 1201 with a minimum US grade of C And
ITFN 1401 with a minimum US grade of C And
ITFN 1501 with a minimum US grade of C And
ITFN 2001 with a minimum US grade of C
AndCSCI 1301 with a minimum US grade of C Or
ITFN 1303 with a minimum US grade of C Or
WBIT 1310 with a minimum US grade of C
AndITFN 2211 with a minimum US grade of C Or
ITFN 2411 with a minimum US grade of C Or
ITFN 2511 with a minimum US grade of C
AndITFN 2123 with a minimum US grade of C (can be taken concurrently)
