Fit for Life: Jogging

This course is designed to increase student's knowledge and
understanding regarding the value of properly performed
cardiorespiratory conditioning exercises, primarily running
for fitness. Specifically, this course is designed to
introduce students to the proper fundamentals and
techniques utilized in an aerobic conditioning program.
Students will participate in a running program to enhance
aerobic fitness.
