This course will provide a discussion of the philosophy,
models, and methods of how to effect strategic planning in
health care delivery institutions. Additionally, the course
will consider how strategic planning impacts on marketing
and management decisions.
Pre-Requisites:
HCMG 5100 with a minimum US grade of C (can be taken concurrently)
