Long Term Care Administration

HCMG 5701


This course emphasizes the unique administration issues
in long term care facilities. Students will explore the
different milieus for both physically and cognitively
impaired residents and the impact upon costs and
reimbursement (e.g., RUGS). An emphasis will be placed on
practicing for the NHA licensure exam and preparation
for Administrator in Training (AIT) program requirements.
