This course will introduce the student to the complex
health care environment. Topics include descriptions of
the types of health care providers and the scope of
professional practices, introduction to hospitals,
ambulatory care settings, and the regulatory and
professional bodies supporting practicies. *Note: Students
with HSCI 2011 credit are ineligible to take this course/
This course will not count toward a B.S. in Health Care
Management.
Pre-Requisites:
HCMG 3112L with a minimum US grade of C (can be taken concurrently)
