Advanced Dental Hygiene I

DHYG 4300


A continuation of DHYG 3200. Principles are introduced in
advanced procedures including but not limited to sonic and
ultrasonic instrumentation, root planing, gingival
curettage and advanced home care techniques. The research
poseter will be introduced and implemented and the student
will continue to develop their dental hygiene portfolio.

Pre-Requisites:
DHYG 3200 with a minimum US grade of C
AndDHYG 4300C with a minimum US grade of C (can be taken concurrently)
