Biochemistry LaboratoryCHEM 4202L
An introduction to modern biochemical laboratory
techniques. Experiments may include methods for protein,
nucleic acid, carbohydrate, and lipid isolation and
characterization, enzyme kinetics, spectroscopy,
chromatography, and electrophoresis.
Pre-Requisites:
