A study of legal aspects of contracts, sales contracts,
negotiable instruments agency, partnerships, corporations,
and property for the purpose of expanding the students
understanding of the legal rights and liabilities in the
ordinary course of business.
Pre-Requisites:
BLAW 2106 with a minimum US grade of C
OrBUSA 2106 with a minimum US grade of C
