Economic Botany

Economic Botany explores the intimate relationship
between plants and our lives. Topics that will be covered
in this course include our use of plants as medicines,
food, beverages, and textiles. We will also explore
our use of plants in ornamental gardening and forensics.
Pre-Requisites:
BIOL 1108 with a minimum US grade of C And
BIOL 1108L with a minimum US grade of C
