ACCT 3250


An introduction to the study of taxation for individuals
and business entities. This course focuses on federal
and state tax laws and regulations, as they pertain to both
individuals and business entities. Tax forms and
software are used to determine the appropriate taxes for
cases involving individual and business scenarios.
Tax strategies and implications for personal and business
decision-making and financial planning are analyzed.
Professional ethics involving tax practice are emphasized.
Admission to the School of Business required.
Pre-Requisites:
ACCT 2101 with a minimum US grade of C Or
ACCT 201 with a minimum UG grade of C
AndACCT 2102 with a minimum US grade of C Or
ACCT 202 with a minimum UG grade of C
